To start your Afterpay journey, simply shop as normal on Prodermal, don't be shy, treat yourself! When it's time to checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method.

If you haven't used Afterpay before, you'll need to create an Afterpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase.

Once you've created an account, process you payment and you will be redirected to Afterpay where you will be able to see exactly how much each installment will cost and exactly when you'll need to pay them.

Refunds are easy with Afterpay!

If you have returned an order in its entirety and the full amount of the order is refunded, any upcoming payments will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with.

If you make a partial return, you will be refunded accordingly by either having future payments cancelled, or funds being returned to the card you paid with.

Not at all! Afterpay is completely interest free, and there are no hidden account fees. Simply pay your installments, no funny business. Please keep in mind the only time you will be charged a fee by Afterpay is if you do not pay your installments on time, in which case a late fee applies.
