Please allow up to 1 business day to dispatch during peak periods. Australia Post continue to experience high parcel volumes across some parts of the country and some delays can be expected from time-to-time during shipping. For the latest delivery information check here

 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $50

AND You can upgrade to Express for just $3.50

All orders over $50 are eligible for free standard shipping* for the vast majority of our products.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and tracking links sent directly to your email address attached to your order when they are dispatched from us. You’ll also get updates at each significant movement through the Australia Post network. Simply follow the link in your email to see the current status of your order

You can choose from ‘Signature Required’ on delivery, or ‘No Signature Required’. If you choose the ‘No Signature Required’ option, Australia Post will leave your parcel at your nominated address if nobody is home and may not knock at the door. 

By selecting ‘No Signature Required’, you are releasing Prodermal of all responsibility for the goods arriving safely to you.

 

* Some equipment and large items are charged at a variable rate based on shipping destination. Shipping charges will be clearly calculated at the checkout.

PICKING & SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS

We are picking and packing Monday to Friday and where possible, aim to ship orders the same day when they are placed by 2PM and all items are in-stock.

PART SHIPPING

If one or more items on your order are out of stock, or are part of a ‘Pre-Order, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock. We do not part-ship orders. If your item is due to take longer than 1 week (or 1 week longer than the Pre-Order date) for us to dispatch, we will communicate this with you. If you have any questions about your order please reply to your Order Confirmation email or call us.

 

DELIVERY FAQ’S

How do I track my order?

Once we dispatch your order, we’ll send you a tracking confirmation email with a link to follow the progress of your order. We may also send updates as your package progresses through the Australia Post network once it’s on board for delivery.

Will you leave my order if I’m not at home?

If you’ve selected ‘No Signature Required’, the courier will leave your order in a safe place at your nominated address. By selecting this option, you release Prodermal of responsibility for your goods arriving safely and your order is not covered for replacement if lost.

If you’ve selected ‘Signature Required’, or the courier deems it unsafe to leave your parcel, they will leave a ‘Red Card’ with details of where to collect your parcel (usually your local Post Office or Delivery Point). You can track your order on the day of delivery for further details.

What if I need to change my address?

If you need to change your address after you’ve placed your order, you should reply to your Order Confirmation Email as soon as possible with the updated delivery address, or by contacting us directly. If your order hasn’t been packed and shipped we can typically accommodate a change in address.

If your order has already shipped, occasionally we can request a delivery address change with Australia Post which will come at a cost and our team will advise you of this at the time of change.

Can you deliver to a Business Address?

Yes, simply mark the business name, and all relevant details (such as floor / building number) and any relevant notes in the comments field of your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

Yes, for standard size orders, we can deliver to an Australia Post Box or Parcel Locker.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes, you can select one of your local stores in NSW, or our Warehouse to collect your order directly. You’ll be notified once it’s packed and ready for you to collect.
