The Opportunity

This is a great growth role for a therapist in training or a retail salesperson. We are looking for a clinic host with a passion for skin and we will give you the opportunity to grow in a clinic environment with a view to move into a permanent role.


Your vibrant and bubbly personality and attention to detail will set you up for success. Your focus will be on the client experience and being our clinic host, while getting exposure to our broader skin business. You will be working with our therapists and clients to ensure an amazing experience across booking and rescheduling, checking clients in and out and educating them on our range of available treatments and promotions, as well as retail selling.


You will also be responsible for driving the success of our Skin Bar and ensuring our clients are kept safe and comfortable throughout their treatments. This role will be based across multiple locations in The Hills area.


This is a part time role with opportunity to flex-up regularly and a view to grow into a full time role.


About You

You are a highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual who excels in client satisfaction. 


You understand that we win as a team and are capable of supervising and working comfortably on your own! You genuinely believe in amazing customer experiences and know what it takes to really ‘wow’ someone by taking a holistic approach to skin care, and how to ensure this experience flows right throughout the clients journey with us. You’re highly detail orientated, a self-starter and have incredible interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a thirst for knowledge and you learn and absorb quickly as we work with some of the most technical products and treatments available on the market.

To be successful, you’ll be able to tick all of the boxes below:

  • You put safety first…. It’s an active thing!

  • You’ll ideally be a Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist in training, or simply have a real passion for skin

  • You are genuinely passionate about the customer experience and are an active listener

  • You’re a salesperson and understand retailing and selling across a range of treatments and complementary products to achieve results

  • You’re a negotiator and have the ability to manage expectations

  • Verbal and written communication and interpersonal relations is a natural strength of yours

  • You’re incredibly organised and detail orientated, but don’t get stuck there
